Craftsmanship

Design, mold making, casting, polishing, stone setting, enamel, plating and quality inspection are all completed in our own Qingdao facility. In-house production removes handover errors, shortens lead times and keeps quality consistent across batches.

Mold making

Molds are still started by hand from your reference, then transferred to computer engraving and 3D prototyping. Our 30 master mold makers each hold more than 20 years of experience with intricate high-end jewelry.

Alloy casting

Our zinc-alloy pieces pass through five deliberate steps: the wax is arranged on the rubber mold, heat and pressure form the cavity, molten zinc is injected in a single shot, the rough piece is barrel-polished, and a craftsman finishes it by hand. For quantities above 20,000 units, die-cast tooling cuts cost by 40–50% while improving detail.

Brass lost-wax casting

Brass is softer and more expressive than alloy, allowing fine, intricate forms. Our process keeps walls as thin as 2 mm — delicate to the eye, light and comfortable on the body.

Advanced processes

• MIM powder metallurgy — full-line metal injection molding, degreasing and vacuum sintering for uniform, precise components.
• Stainless steel investment casting — lost-wax shells, ceramic firing and precision pouring for complex steel parts.
• Forming & CNC — oil-pressing, stamping and five-axis CNC machining for crisp, thin components.
• Setting, enamel & plating — pave and prong setting, hand-filled enamel, and UV-protected gold plating with color retention tested up to 48 months.

Five-stage quality control

Every order passes a quality-manual review, pre-production alignment, mid-term inspection, TOP sample approval and a final AQL 2.5 inspection. Our in-house lab uses an AA6300 atomic absorption spectrophotometer (Shimadzu) to test lead, cadmium and nickel against HR4040 and California Proposition 65, with reports available through SGS, BV and Intertek. Finished pieces undergo visual inspection, 1.1–1.5 m drop tests and adhesion tests for pave-set stones.
