Design Philosophy

Our design team brings together 25 in-house designers from China and Korea and an extended circle of collaborators in the UK, the US and Spain. As trend members of WGSN, we read the season early — then translate it into pieces that outlast the season.

Where we look

Our designers study at the great jewelry fairs of Paris and Spain, and work from a shared archive of period styles: Victorian, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Baroque, Rococo, Gothic, Medieval, Renaissance and Neoclassical. Each Fortisola collection begins with a period, a mood or a motif — never with a price point.

From sketch to render in days

We combine traditional gouache rendering with AI-assisted 3D visualisation, so you see an accurate version of your piece long before metal is cast. 3D CAD models are reviewed line by line and confirmed with you before sampling, eliminating costly errors.

Our three design rules

• Wearability first. A piece is only beautiful if it is comfortable on day one and still loved in year ten.
• Era, not costume. We capture the essence of a period without making jewelry that looks like a costume prop.
• Detail at every scale. Reverse surfaces, hinge mechanics and chain weight receive the same attention as the front of the stone.

The result spans four living collections — Vintage, Affordable Luxury, Minimalist and Oriental — refreshed with 500+ new designs every year.
