Privacy Policy
What we collect, and why.
Last updated: October 2026. Fortisola operates this website and sells jewelry and related services. We are the data controller for the information described below.
Information we collect
We collect what you provide through our inquiry and contact forms — name, email, phone, company and country for B2B inquiries — plus technical data collected automatically, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, produce and deliver orders, provide servicing, and meet legal obligations such as invoicing and export records. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — couriers, payment and gemological laboratories — under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to three years after the last contact; order and warranty records for ten years, as required for product servicing and tax purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by contacting us at info@fortisolajewelry.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA
Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may exercise their GDPR and UK GDPR rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection — using the contact details above. California residents have equivalent rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we do not sell personal information. We respond to every verified request within 30 days.
